The policy decision on implementing at the enterprise the quality management system (QMS) in accordance with international standard ISO 9001:2008 – the most important instrument of enterprise management aimed at constant business process improving and rising the satisfaction level of our customers and partners - has been taken in 2005. The basic QMS principle is documentary registration of all existent at the enterprise processes – defining their entry and outlet, criteria of assessment. The enterprise has defined the processes necessary for QMS and their implementation at the organization, established the sequence and interaction of these processes, settled the criteria and methods for effective maintaining and managing of these processes, provided the availability of tools and information necessary for functional support and monitoring of these processes, the enterprise monitors these processes, assesses and analyzes them, makes decisions on reaching the planned results and continuous improving of these processes. QMS of the enterprise extends on developing, producing and supplying of animal identification devices. QMS has been developed in full accordance with standard requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and includes the following management functions: - Planning;
- Monitoring;
- Analysis;
- Regulation the organization of working process on the production level and during the product life cycle.
The QMS activity is based on the following management principles: - Consumer orientation;
- Process approach;
- Continuous improvement.
QMS has been established; documentary registered, implemented, and is supported and continuously being improved in accordance with standard ISO 9001:2008. The compliance of QMS to standard ISO 9001:2008 has been confirmed by international certification agency "BVQI Ukraine", certificate ¹226029/1. The consumer needs confidence in the stable and firm quality of supplied products. We need QMS to secure the acknowledgment of our product on the home and international market. QMS is a guarantee of our enterprise’s “health” and efficiency. |
